Per our treasurer, Theresa Morfe, our account balance was $5591.84. This figure did not include expenses related to todays meeting.
New Business
Election of Officers
New officers were elected. They are as follows:
President: Albert Mayer, Jr., Banner Life
Vice President: Dennis Cannon, Monumental Life
Secretary: Michelle Young, Banner Life
Treasurer: Theresa Morfe, Monumental Life
Program Director: Susan Scott, Banner Life
It was stated that Al would remain president until June 2002, at which time Dennis Cannon would assume the presidency. A Vice President will need to be elected at that time. The officers will remain in office until March 2004, when a general election will be held.
